About TLD Project Coaching
TLD Project Coaching was founded by Essan Wray, a Senior Project Manager with over ten years of experience in delivering projects across Financial Services, Government, and Defence sectors.
The coaching practice was established to address a significant challenge: many talented Project Managers encounter a ceiling not due to a lack of technical skills, but because they have not been guided in effective leadership.
Essan holds an MSc in Business Project Management and possesses certifications in PRINCE2, Agile, and MSP. She is also a published author of several books on Leadership and Project Management, tailored for professionals operating within complex organizations.
