TLD Project Coaching was founded by Essan Wray, a Senior Project Manager with over ten years of experience delivering projects across Financial Services, Government, and Defence.

Essan holds an MSc in Business Project Management, MSP Certification, and, is a published author of several books on Leadership and Project Management, written for professionals operating within complex organisations.
